摘 要 随着经济的发展，高校规模的逐年扩大，学生公寓管理问题也变得日益突出。在信息化社会的今天，传统的管理方式已经难以满足快节奏的社会生活，学校公寓管理工作亦是如此。传统的人工管理方式不仅管理工作繁杂，效率低下，而且难以确保管理的准确性，难以满足实际管理的需要。基于此，我设计了高校学生公寓管理系统。 高校学生公寓管理系统是一个针对学校的公寓楼管理而设计的系统，为了满足日常的基本管理工作，将系统所涵盖的功能归结为以下几个方面：学生、职工、楼管基本信息管理；公寓房源管理；公寓设备管理；公寓住宿管理；公寓辅助管理；公寓卫生管理；新闻公告管理；公寓统计管理；数据库管理以及宿舍风采管理。 采用高校学生公寓管理系统可以大大地提高管理的效率，减轻管理员的工作量，提高管理员的工作效率，同时也为学校节约了资金成本和时间成本。 关键词：学生； 公寓；ASP；管理 Abstract With the development of economy and the college scale enlarging, the students apartments management problem has become increasingly prominent. In the information society, the traditional management way has been difficult to meet the fast pace of social life, school apartments management work is also like this. The traditionally artificially management way has low efficiency.And it is difficult to ensure the accuracy of the management, to meet the need of the actual management. Based on this, I designed the college students apartments management system. College students apartments management system is a block of flats in school’s management work, and so to design the system, in order to satisfy the daily management work, the basic function of system covers attributed to the following aspects: students, worker, building tube basic information management; Apartment houses management; Apartment equipment management; Apartment housing management; Apartment auxiliary management; Apartment health management; News bulletin management; Apartment statistical management; Database management and dormitory style management. College students apartments management system can greatly improve the management efficiency, can also reduce administrators work and enhance administrators work efficiency, at the same time it is available for the school to save the capital cost and time cost.
