Base on the 80-20 principle, it is said that 80% companies’ profit was created by the 20% staff members, who refer to the lead or core staff members. Bill Gates said : “ if you take away 20 core staff, then basically Microsoft is insignificant.” This has illustrated what the core staff means to any company. These core staff members will absolutely be the key factors for company’s continuous development and even survival. With the world economy globalization and China’s entrance into WTO, lots of foreign companies have come into China, our local companies are facing great competition, and the core staff members are becoming the centre for them among those competitions. Once these staff members leave, it will easily affect the whole company’s development, especially when we are in the world economic crisis, once we lose any of these core staff members, it will be a big hit for any private enterprise, and with the HR Perspective changing rapidly, nearly all the companies faced more or less this problem, it’s even getting worse and worse.
