成人、成才、成功——我国高校素质教育的出发点和落脚点 王琼辉 （重庆三峡学院 民族学与公共管理学院 重庆 404100） 摘要：当前，随着全国各高校的不断扩招，大学教育取得不断发展，呈现出一片欣欣向荣的景象。但与此同时，大学生中不同程度地存在着人文素养不高、实践能力较弱、创新精神不够、心理素质脆弱等现象。大学生的成才问题也越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注。如何将大学生培养成为符合当前时代、社会和国家发展需要的高素质人才的问题，越来越明朗的摆在了每个人关心国家和社会发展的人的面前。越来越多的人在思考我国高校教育应该如何培养出符合时代、社会和国家需要的高素质人才。对此，鄙人认为，目前最重要的就是要对当代大学生进行“成人、成才、成功”教育，让大学生们在“成功”之前先“成才”、“成才”之前先“成人”。 关键词：大学生,成人,成才,成功 Adult, talent, success ——the starting point and end-result of quality education in our universities Wang Qionghui (Chongqing Three Gorges University ethnology and Institute of public administration of Chongqing 404100) Abstract: at present, with the continuous expansion of college students, university education continuous development, presents a thriving scene.
