摘要:井是鄂尔多斯盆地东缘的一口煤层气水平井目的层为山西组#煤Φ244.5mm套管139m;二开采用聚合物钻井液,完钻井深1031m,下入Φ177.8mm套管1030米;三开采用绒囊钻井液以提高机械钻速、稳定井壁。煤层气绒囊钻井液由成核剂、成膜剂、囊层剂、绒毛剂等专用处理剂组成,添加氯化钾提高抑制性。钻井液密度1.05~1.11 g/cm3,切力 Pa,动塑比0.35~0.85 Pa/mPa·s。10天完成设计井深1729.59m,完钻井深1732m,顺利下入Φ114.3mm筛管至井深1725.4m。三开段平均机械钻速5.09m/h,72小时不循环井壁稳定,不影响井下信号传输,一次性与延平1-V井对接成功。完钻后通井划眼2次,后对储层段静置破胶48小时。后用清水顶替破胶液,破胶液粘度接近清水。

The fuzzy-ball drilling fluids application for Coalbed methane horizontal well Yanping 1#
Abstract :Yanping Well 1# is the first horizontal well for coalbed methane at the eastern platform area in Yanchuannan, Erdos Basin. The bed interest was the 2# coal layer in the Shanxi formation. The spud drilling fluid was bentonite based mud. The spud depth was 140m, with Φ244.5mm surface casing up to a depth of 139m. The second open drilling fluid was polymer based drilling fluids. The second open depth was 1031m, with Φ177.8mm technical casing up to a depth of 1030m. The third open drilling fluid was fuzzy-ball drilling fluid, which was used to increase ROP and stabilize the wellbore. The fuzzy-ball drilling fluid was consisted of fuzzy-ball proprietary products such as gas-core generated agent, membrane generated agent, layer generated agent, fuzz generated agent, KCl was used to strength the fuzzy-ball inhibity. The density of drilling fluid was 1.05~1.11 g/cm3, with a shear stress of 2.5~8 Pa, and a ratio of dynamic to plastic viscosity of 0.35~0.85 Pa/mPa?s. It took ten days to achieve the designed well depth of 1729.59m. The finished drilling depth was 1732m, with Φ114.3mm sieve tube to a depth of 1725.54m. The average ROP of the third open was 5.09m/h. The third open section was stable after soaked for 72 hours and it had no effect on the transmission of signal in the downhole. In addition, the third section successfully docked with Yanping 1-V well in a single process. The well was reamed twice after the completion of drilling. The fo
