Combined with the theory of channel management and working capital management,will based on channel management of working capital is divided into business activities,marketing channel,production channel and purchasing channel four. Combined with the analysis of the working capital management of Hisense Electric,and puts forward the management experience of other enterprises Management desirable merits and shortcomings.
