ZSB-1油田注水泵及其系统性能测试综合试验台设计 摘要:注水泵属于通用机械的范畴,在的各部门应用十分广泛。水泵在供水系统中是实现动力循环的重要组成部分,是重要的辅机之一。为了实现水泵的安全经济运行,必须掌握水泵基本原理、性能、结构、及运行调节等方面的必要知识,掌握水泵性能试验技术。 本次实验使用的多级泵为离心泵,型号分别为为MD12-25-5和MD12-25-7,增压泵型号为KQL50/150-2.2/2,进出口管径均设计为57mm。通过操作本次实验,我们可以熟悉离心泵实验装置的布置以及各种测试的操作方法,并且掌握实验原理。通过对数据的处理以及离心泵性能曲线的绘制,可以加深对离心泵性能的了解。 关键词:泵、性能参数、验装置 The design of comprehensive experiment stage of the injecting pump and its system performance test Abstract:Injecting Pumps belongs to the scope of general machinery, in the energy sources economy with a wide range of departments should.Injecting Pump in the water supply system power cycle is to achieve an important component of the auxiliary is an important one. In order to achieve safe and economic operation of the pump, we must master the basic principles of pumps, performance, structure, and operational aspects of regulating the necessary knowledge and technology to master pump performance test. To the determination of the performance parameters of centrifugal pump, centrifugal pump and then to map out the performance curve, I designed a centrifugal pump performance test-bed. The test-bed can achieve the goal which trending imitate the oil filed water injecting condition, work the trends experiment; could achieve the injecting pump work in series or in parallel, add the steps of pumps and achieve the energy consume testing of the injecting pump system, do the experiment of the energy conseveration analyse. The steps pump used in experimental model is MD12-25-5 and MD12-25-7, the pressure boost pump used in experimental model is KQL50/150-2.2/2, the pipe are designed to import and export of diameter 57mm. Through the operation of this experiment, we can experiment with centrifugal pump installations as well as the layout of the operation of various instruments, and master the principle of the experiment.
