毕业设计 人事管理系统的设计与实现 吉林建筑大学 2015年6月 毕业设计 人事管理系统的设计与实现 学 生： 指导教师： 专 业：计算机科学与技术 所在单位：计算机科学与工程学院 答辩日期： 2015 年 6 月 19 日 摘 要 随着企业的逐步发展、复杂度逐渐变强，人工作业已经无法适应现代企业的管理，随之取代的是计算机科学而开发的人事管理系统，而且，一个良好的人事管理系统势在必行。人事管理系统是对工作人员进行统一的管理，可以方便的进行录入，查询，修改，删除，退出。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个方面。对于前者要求建立起数据一致性和完整性强、数据安全性好的数据库。而对于后者则要求应用程序功能完备，易使用等特点。在网络迅速发展的格局下，基于WEB的人事管理系统为首选。? 本文在研究目前各个企业人事管理情况的基础上，从企业的实际需求出发，采用当前较为流行的B/S（浏览器/服务器）结构和JSP动态网页开发技术，基于Windows 7操作系统和SQLServer数据库，设计并实现了一个功能较为完善的小型企业管理系统。通过对系统进行一系列的需求分析、设计、编码、测试等工作，使系统实现了对企业员工信息、企业部门信息、招聘信息、培训信息、薪资信息登记进行管理的功能。 关键词 人事管理系统；WEB；JSP；SQLServer  Abstract Along with the gradual development of the enterprise, the complexity strengthen gradually, the artificial operation has been unable to adapt to the modern enterprise management, then replace is the development of computer science and personnel management system, and a good personnel management system is imperative. The personnel management system is to unify management of staff, can be convenient for entry, query, modify, delete, and withdraw.
