危险化学品安全评价 摘要 危险化学品由于本身具有的严重危害性，危害性极强，是一类特殊的危险源，近些年来，我国危险化学品导致的事故居高不下，各种各样形式的事故，导致的原因也十分的复杂，危险化学品的安全问题成为国家政府和人民普遍关注的问题，而危险化学品的安全评价工作是对危险化学品安全管理的重要内容之一。对于生产企业，通过安全评价对企业的安全管理措施提供依据。而根据事故的统计显示，危险化学品的生产环节发生事故的次数较多，事故的后果也十分严重。做好危险化学品生产企业安全评价的工作，减少事故的发生，具有重要的现实意义。本文重点对危险化学品生产环节进行安全评价分析，本论文的大致结构如下： 第一章绪论，首先阐述了危险化学品安全评价的国内外现状，然后阐述了危险化学品安全评价的重要性和必要性。 第二章是安全评价的理论基础，本章概述了安全评价的基本原理原则，化工企业一些常用的安全评价方法，以及阐述了安全评价的大致程序。 第三章是危险化学品概述和危险有害因素分析，本章首先对危险化学品的固有危险性进行分析，从危险化学品事故发生的环节，发生的类型，以及生产企业事故的危险有害因素进行分析。 第四章以危险化学品的生产企业为例，运用安全检查表法，作业危险危害分析法和道化学危险指数法对工厂的危险等级进行评价，具有一定的实践价值。 关键词 危险化学品； 安全评价； 危险性分析； 化工企业 Hazardous chemical safety assessment Abstract Because dangerous chemicals have some harmful effects, even harmfulness is extremely strong, it is a special kind of hazards.
