回转支承实验台测试系统设计
摘 要
回转支承是实现两部分相对回转运动的基础零件,广泛应用于机器人、风力发电机、雷达、工程机械、载人升降机、轨道车辆以及医疗设备等领域,处于结构承上启下的关键部位,它的质量直接影响这些设备的性能。由于回转支承造价昂贵,而且拆装十分困难,维修周期长,维修费用高,并且其使用环境相对恶劣,因此需要对回转支承的动静态承载能力和可靠性进行实验。本文在对回转支承实验台的测试项目进行分析的基础上,进行了测试方案设计,并对传感器、数据采集卡、工控机等选型。并以LabVIEW软件为平台,开发现场监测程序,组建虚拟仪器系统,针对回转支承在实验台上的各种运行状态和其在工作过程中容易引起故障的相关部位进行了模拟状态监测。该测试系统可以模拟监测信号、实现数据采集及进行处理和分析,从而实现实时采集、分析、数据存储、报警等功能,以便反映回转支承的工作状态,为后期分析奠定基础。

Abstract
Slewing bearings is the basis part which achieve relatively rotating between the two pasts, widely used in robotics, wind generators, radar, engineering machinery, manned lifts, track vehicles, medical equipment and other fields, which connecting link between the preceding structure of the key parts, its quality has direct impact to these equipment functions. As slewing bearing costly, and entry is very difficult, long cycle maintenance, high maintenance costs and to use the relatively poor environment, therefore need to test the static and dynamic of slewing bearing’s capacity and reliability. Based on the experimental stage and the test a project of the analysis for slewing bearing, designing the plan of test, selecting the sensors, data acquisition card, and IPC,etc. Use the LabVIEW as a platform to develop monitoring procedures at the scene, building of virtual instrument systems, simulating to monitor the slewing bearing in the experimental stage and various running in the course of their work that easily lead to failure of the relevant sites. The test system can simulate signal, data acquisition ,processing ,analysis, to achieve the functions of real-time collection, analysis, data storage, alarm, etc. In order to reflect the work of the slewing bearing, and lay the foundation for later analysis.
