摘 要 传统的机械设备大多数都是以机械为主，是电气、液压和气动控制的机械设备。随着我国现代化的发展，产业结构的升级，机械设备已经逐步的由手动操作变为自动控制操作。自动化控制系统装置在工业产品的制造和加工过程中得到了越来越广泛的运用，其总的趋势朝着更加开放，集成，标准的方向发展。可编程控制编辑器（PLC）是以微处理器为核心，综合计算机技术，通信等技术发展起来的一种新型工业化自动控制装置。目前，可编程控制器已经成为工业自动化领域中应用最广泛的控制装置，其应用的深度和广度已经成为衡量一个国家工业先进与自动化程度高低的重要标志。 本次的毕业设计分为四章，本文主要研究了基于GE自动生产线物料搬运控制系统的设计；系统控制部分的设计等。该系统的核心部分为自动生产线的控制系统，其控制系统主要是以可控制编程器（PLC）为基础进行集成控制的。 关键词：PLC ；控制系统；GE ABSTRACT The traditional mechanical equipment and products on the mechanical give priority to, is of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic control of mechanical equipment. At present, the programmable controller has become the industry automatic field application of most control device, its application in depth and the breadth has become the measure of a country with advanced industrial automation level of the important symbol. The graduation design is divided into four chapters, this paper mainly studies the automatic production line based on GE materials handling the design of control system; System of control part of the design, etc. The core of the system of the automatic production line control system, the control system is mainly by can control programming is the basis of integrated control.
