江苏晨风服饰有限公司综合楼C幢深层搅拌桩复合地基工程设计 摘 要 本工程是江苏晨风服饰有限公司综合楼C幢深层搅拌桩复合地基工程设计。依据江苏晨风服饰有限公司综合楼C幢岩土工程勘察报告,该建筑场地地基土工程地质条件较差,地下水埋藏较浅,水位埋深为0.5 m,该施工场地位于昆山市花桥镇兆丰路西新东村,原为茭白地,场地地势平整。施工用水、电需自己解决,设备进出场地较好,施工道路已经铺设。临时设施、浆液配置房、泵房、材料库可在施工场地空间设置。 根据该场地的工程地质条件可知,振冲碎石桩、高压旋喷桩、排水固结法、水泥土深层搅拌法可供选择。从施工可行性、技术可靠性、积极合理性这三个方面进行比较论证后,最终选定水泥土深层搅拌法进行地基处理。根据要求,设计要求的复合地基承载力特征值不小于165kPa,加固水泥土桩径600㎜,水泥土施工有效桩长14.0m,总桩长14.5m。固化剂采用425#普通硅酸盐水泥,水泥的掺入量为270kg/m3。决定加固水泥土桩数4240根,加固水泥土方量17383.06 m3,。水泥用量4693T,概算总造价280万,工期为44天。 Abstract The project is the deep mixing pile foundation engineering design of the comprehensive building of Jiangsu Chenfeng Raiment Corporation. According to the geotechnical engineering investigation report, the engineering geological condition of the subsoil in the building site is poor. The ground water is shallow, and the ground water level is 0.5meter below the ground. The construction site is located at xingdong village which is in the west of zhaodou road, huaqiao town, kunshan city, and there used to be used to plant a kind of vegetable not wild rice stem ground. The topography of the field is flat. The water used in the construction needs to be solved by the employer. The environment condition for the equipment and materials to be transported in and out of the construction sit is good, and the construction roads have been completed already. The temporary establishment, grout made noise, pump house and material store can be planned in the convenient place of the construction field. It can be come to from the engineering geological condition that, ribro replacement stone column, high pressure rotary jet grouting pile, consolidation and cement-deep-mixing method are available to treat the subsoil, by comparing and demonstrating their construction feasibility, technology reliability and economy reasonableness.
