内蒙古科技大学 本科生毕业设计说明书（毕业论文） 题 目：支撑掩护式液压支架设计 学生姓名： 指导老师： 专 业：机械设计制造及自动化 班 级： 完成时间：2015年5月29日 摘 要 采煤综合机械化，是加速我国煤炭工业发展，大幅度提高劳动生产率，实现煤炭工业现代化的一项战略措施。综合机械化不仅产量大，效率高，成本低，而且能减轻笨重的体力劳动，改善作业环境，是煤炭工业技术的发展方向。液压支架是综合机械化采煤方法中最重要的设备之一。 本论文主要设计的是普通型支撑掩护式液压支架。7设计内容包括：总体设计、主要零部件的设计、主要零部件的校核和液压系统的设计。。 支架采用四连杆机构，以改善支架受力状况。顶梁、掩护梁、底座均做成箱体结构；立柱采用双伸缩作用液压缸，以增加工作行程来满足支架调高范围的需要。推移千斤顶采用框架结构，以减少推溜力和增大移架力。 为了提高移架速度，确保对顶板的及时支护，采用锥阀液压系统。 关键词：液压支架；液压系统；四连杆机构；立柱 Abstract The comprehensive mechanization of coal mining is the acceleration coal industrial development of our country, raises labor productivity substantially , realizes the modern a strategic measure of coal industry. Synthesize mechanization not only output big, efficiency has low cost high and can alleviate heavy physical labor and improvement schoolwork environment, is the technology of coal industry develop direction. Hydraulic support is the one of comprehensive most important equipment in the mechanization method of coal mining. The thesis is mainly for design of general shielded roof support. It covers overall design, main components design, and verification of main compontents and design of hydraulic system. The shielded roof support is selected for 2.7-3.8 of seam height. If the seam height varies a lot, it should select shielded roof support with wide adjustable height range and horizontal push resistant. The support uses the four-bar linkage, improves the support stress condition. The top-beam, caving shield, the foundation makes the packed in a box body structure; The post support uses the double expansion and contraction function hydraulic cylinder, increases the power stroke to satisfy the support to adjust the high scope the need. Passes the hoisting jack to use the portal frame construction, reduces pushes slides the strength and increases moves a strength. In order to enhance moves a speed, guarantees is prompt to the roof, uses the mushroom valve hydraulic system. Key word: Roof support; Hydraulic system; Four-
