青 岛 工 学 院 毕 业 论 文（设 计） 民营企业财务管理存在的问题及对策 --以临清三和纺织集团有限公司为例 学生姓名 学号 指导教师 学 院 管理学院 专 业 工商管理 年级 2010级 答辩日期 2014 年 6 月 7 日 青 岛 工 学 院摘 要 随着改革开放的不断深入，民营企业实力不断壮大，在国民经济中的地位不断提高。但是面对激烈的竞争，民营企业要想求得生存、获得发展，必须重视财务管理。财务管理水平的高低，直接影响到企业整体管理水平的高低，进而影响着企业经济效益的好坏。因此优化民营企业财务管理，挖掘财务管理各项功能，对于促进民营企业经济效益具有重要意义。本文从我国民营企业发展现状出发，以临清三和纺织集团有限公司为例，找出民营企业在财务管理上存在的问题，并将这些问题总结为模式问题、资产结构问题，监督管理问题和融资问题。通过对这些问题进行分析，找出其出现的原因，并根据国内外研究理论找出解决问题的有效对策。 对此课题的研究目的是引起广大民营企业管理者的注意，特别是中小企业管理层，能结合此课题找到自身存在的问题并制定出符合自身企业发展的的财务管理策略；同时也能引起政府相关部门的注意，在了解到民营企业重要作用的同时更能支持企业的发展，为企业提供更好的财务管理运营环境，从而推动民营企业进一步发展。 关键词：财务管理；民营企业；融资渠道 Abstract With the development of the reform and opening, the overall strength of private enterprises has grown up as well as their status in national economy. Facing the fierce competition, in order to survive and develop, the private enterprises must pay more attention on the financial management. The quality of the financial management directly affect the level of the enterprises’ whole management, and then has an influence on the economic benefits of the enterprises. As a result, to optimize the financial management of the private enterprises and to excavate all kinds of functions of financial management are very important for improving the economic benefits of enterprises. This paper starts from the current conditions of private enterprises, taking the Linqing Sanhe textile bloc. Limited for example, finds the problems of financial management in private enterprises, and summarizes these problems as mode problem, asset structure problem, supervision and administration problem and financing problem.
