立体车库的PLC控制系统设计 摘要 随着汽车工业的高速发展和人们消费水平的提高,汽车成为了日常生活中必不可少的部分。由于存在规划不合理与汽车数量爆炸式增长等原因,停车难已经成为广大车主所面临的首要问题。目前在城市中,土地资源显得尤为稀缺,传统的平面式停车场占地面积大,成本高,可停放车辆数量较少。立体车库一定程度上缓解了目前停车难的状况,现有的立体车库种类繁多,功能各不相同。 本文通过研究分析多种立体车库的优缺点,结合当前市场对立体车库的需求,选用堆垛式立体车库为研究对象。首先介绍了立体车库的控制系统,分为现场控制层和管理控制层。阐述了立体车库中的步进电机、步进电机驱动器、传感器以及控制核心PLC等主要部件的运行原理及功能,并绘制了PLC控制电路图。 本新型智能立体车库系统使用西门子S7-200 PLC 控制,根据立体车库实际运行要求,编写相应的软件程序。通过 MCGS 组态软件实时控制和管理两个立体车库,采集并存储立体车库的运行记录。经过实验测试,本系统安全性高,控制灵活,达到了预期目的。 关键字:堆垛式立体车库,PLC,组态控制 Stereo garage PLC control system design Abstract With the rapid development of automobile industry and the improvement of peoples consumption level,the car has become an essential part of everyday life. Due to existence of planning is not reasonable and the number of cars explosive growth,parking has become the most important issue facing the majority of owners. Currently in the city, land resource is very scarce, the traditional plane type parking lot covers an area of large, high cost, can park the vehicle number. Stereo garage to some extent alleviate the current parking, garage species existing kinds, different functions. This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of various stereoscopic garage, combined with current market demand for the garage, selection of stowed stereoscopic garage as the object of study. First introduced the control system of stereo garage, divided into the field control layer and management layer. The operation principle and the function of the stereo garage in the stepper motor, stepper motor driver, sensor and control core of the main components such as PLC, and the PLC control circuit diagram. The new smart parking garage system has Siemens PLC control core, according to the three-dimensional garage actual operating requirements,namely preparation of the corresponding software program.
