纳米Al2O3/UHMWPE复合材料的环境性能研究 摘 要 线性结构超高分子量聚乙烯工程塑料具有较之常规工程塑料更为出众的物理机械性能,得到众多领域研究者的青睐。在纺织、造纸、食品机械、冶金、煤炭、化工等领域被广泛运用,但出于其相对其它材料较弱的表面硬度和抗磨粒磨损性能的原因,在条件要求较高的某些特定环境下无法使用。为了更好地开发运用这一高性能的工程塑料,对其改性得到了广泛研究。用纳米Al2O3粒子改性UHMWPE,显现出了许多不同于常规填料改性的新特性。 用热压成型法制备了纳米氧化铝填充超高分子量聚乙烯复合材料并采用钢环式摩擦磨损试验机(型号M-2000)考察了纳米粒子对复合材料摩擦磨损性能的影响及在特殊环境下的磨损性能。本文主要考查0%、5%和10%填充比例的Al2O3/UHMWPE复合材料在钢丝环对磨情况下的磨损性能,并考虑了在不同测试速度下的情况以及测试中在钢丝环上滴加二甲基硅油润滑下的情况。采用电子显微镜观察了复合材料在几种情况下的磨损表面形貌。结果表明低速时高比例氧化铝填充的UHMWPE复合材料摩擦性能较纯UHMWPE好;高速时高比例氧化铝填充的UHMWPE复合材料变得不耐磨了,摩擦性能比纯UHMWPE材料摩擦性能差,但加油润滑后复合材料又非常耐磨了。 关 键 词: STUDY OF TRIBOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF NANO- Al2O3/UHMWPE COMPOSITES UNDER SPECIFIC TESTING CONDITION ABSTRACT Compared with other engineering plastic,linear structural ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) engineering plastics have excellent the physical mechanical properties. In the textile, papermaking, food, machinery, metallurgy, coal, chemical industry and other fields are widely used.Because it possess weak surface hardness and abrasion wear performance Compared to the other engineering plastics, in some Specific conditions demanding environmen cannot be used. In order to better development using the high performance engineering plastics and the modification has been widely studied. Using Al2O3 nanoparticles modified ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, showing a lot of different conventional packing modification of the new features. With hot pressing molding ,nano-alumina filler ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene composite material was made. The composite material was examined with the steel ring friction and wear testing machine (model M - 2000) under the different speed and the special environment .Nanoparticles were examined the influence of friction and wear performance of composite materials.
