摘 要
通过对目前电力系统中无功功率不足,电网功率因数低,负荷的三相不平衡,传统的TSC无功补偿中可能存在的谐波放大,以及无功补偿中存在的“振荡投切”等问题的详细分析,提出并设计了具体的解决方案。针对传统的有触点和无触点的无功补偿装置的有级无功补偿的缺点,提出了采用光电双向可控硅驱动器MOC3061控制双向晶闸管来实现电容器无级投切的新型无功补偿方法。针对无功补偿中存在的电网谐波问题,提出了采用单调谐和高通滤波器来进行谐波滤波的方法。针对传统的无功补偿可能存在的谐波放大的问题,提出了采用串联电抗器来防止谐波放大的设计方案。重点阐述了采用基于神经网络对补偿后的电网参数进行预测和结合求解无功优化的非线性原对偶内点算法的单点无功优化补偿算法。同时针对目前大多数无功补偿装置都是单点无功优化补偿的设计,在电力系统多点的优化无功补偿上提出了采用所有的控制器同时采样,对全部节点都进行寻优后,从最后节点开始向前传递寻优的优化控制策略。

Abstract
The actual electric power system is short of reactive power, and Has large amount of un-balanced loads, low power quality, magnified harmonic when the conventional TSC reactive power compensation equipment products resonance with electric power system. Aiming at these, this paper proposes and designs material resolve project. In allusion to the conventional reactive power compensation step compensation disadvantage, this paper proposes the new reactive compensation method that the Zero-Cross Optosolator drives the compensation method that the Zero-Cross Optosolator drives the capacitors. In allusion to the large amount of harmonic existing in the electric system, this paper proposes the new method to Filter harmonic. This new method adopts the single-tune filter and high-pass filter. In allusion to the conventional reactive power compensation harmonic magnified disadvantage, this paper proposes The new harmonic restrained method that the reactor is series in the main loop. And this paper expatiates the optimization reactive power compensation for electric network that uses neural network to predict electric networks important parameters, nonlinear prime-dual interior algorithm to optimize reactive power. And it also introduces the whole reactive power optimization compensation arithmetic. It is that all controllers sample simultaneously, then the system seeks for the optimization from the last node to the first node after the controllers seek for optimization rejctive power compensation.
