钢渣中RO相的可选性研究

摘要
先确定了国内转炉钢渣中FeO/MgO(RO相)比率的变化范围,然后根据设定的不同比例合成RO相。经过分析计算得出合成RO相的晶体结构参数,晶体中随着Fe含量的减少晶面间距也从0.17204 nm依次减小到0.17124 nm;晶胞参数也从0.42554 nm减小到0.42364 nm。
测定合成4组RO相的物理化学性质,包括密度、导电性、磁性、硬度以及润湿性。根据实验数据分析表明,合成RO相中随着铁含量的减少比重从4.4662 g/cm3依次减小为4.0768 g/cm3;而熟料的为3.2954 g/cm3;硬度则从95.14 HRB依次减小为74.93 HRB;润湿角度从30.3 °依次增加为61.5 °,其润湿性能依次降低;并且RO相的磁化强度随着铁减少的增加依次降低。最后通过对比得出实验结论,根据钢渣中RO相与其他成分的一些物理化学性质的不同可选用不同的分选方法将RO相分选出来,即可选用重选、磁选、浮选等方法。

Abstract

Finally, by comparing experimental results obtained, the RO under the slag phase and some other components of the different physical and chemical properties can choose different phase separation method RO sorting out, you can use the re-election, magnetic separation, flotation and other methods
