单片机直流调速系统设计
摘要
近年来,由于微电子技术、电力电子和计算机技术的飞速发展,直流调速系统数字化方面的研究也取得了很大的成就。特别是由于采用了微处理器及其他先进技术,使数字式直流调速装置具有很高的精度、优良的控制性能和强大的抗干扰能力,在国内外已得到广泛的应用。
本文对单片机控制的直流调速系统进行了比较深入的研究。第1章介绍了目前国内外直流调速系统的发展概况及实现数字化直流调速的必要性。第2章介绍了单闭环直流调速系统的原理及数学模型,并在此基础上介绍了双闭环调速系统和可逆调速系统。第3章介绍了典型低阶系统及电流调节器与转速调节器的参数工程设定方法;第4章介绍了单片机的发展和8051单片机的的特点及其常用的接口电路。最后1章在单片机控制方面讨论了数字测速,转速与电流控制器的原理并给出了软,硬件实现方案。该系统以8051单片机为核心,分别采用了8279,8155,8253等芯片与一些外围电路。采用光电码盘检测速度n的M/T法反馈调节及高分辨率的数字触发器,使系统稳态控制精度达到较高的水平。

based on singlechip control
Abstract
Owing to the fast speed in microelectronics,electric power electron system and computer technology,we have made great achievement in digital Direct Current Timing System these years. Especially due to employ microprocessor an some else advanced technology, digital direct current setting have very high precision ,excellent control performance and strong anti-jamming ability .it already widely used at home and abroad.
In this paper, deep research on digital current timing system based on singlechip Control is carried out.In first chapter, the paper briefly introduce the general situation in direct current timing system and the necessity to develop digital timing system, Then in second chapter,Introduce the theory of single closed loop DC timing system and its mathematics model. And on this basis describe double closed loop DC timing system and the Reversible timing system .In the third chapter,Introduce the low steps typical system and the methods of how to establish the parameter of electric current regulator and rotational speed regulator. In fourth chapter,Introduce the development of the singlechip and the characteristics of 8051 singlechip and the interface circuit commonly used.Fiannally in the aspect of singlechip control ,it has discussed the principle of number velocity, current/velocity Controller and presents the hardware/ software scheme to achieve it .
