HPLC 法同时测定复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片两组分含量 1，2＊ 1 1# 林白云 ，余邦良 ，杨 柳 （1.海南医学院药学院，海口 571101；2.海南凯健制药有限公司，海口 510623） 中图分类号 R927.2 文献标志码 A 文章编号 1001-0408（2013）33-3138-03 DOI 10.6039/j.issn. 1001-0408.2013.33.23 摘 要 目的：建立同时测定复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片中两组分（二氯醋酸二异丙胺和葡萄糖酸钙）含量的方法。方法：采用高效 液相色谱法。色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C18；流动相为磷酸盐缓冲液，流速为1.0ml/min ；检测波长为205nm ；室温分析；配制样品的溶 剂为水。结果：二氯醋酸二异丙胺和葡萄糖酸钙的检测质量浓度线性范围分别为1.20～2.80（r ＝0.9995）、1.17～2.73mg/ml （r ＝ 0.9996）；平均回收率分别为100.2％（RSD ＝0.36％）、100.3％（RSD ＝0.28％）。结论：建立的方法简便、准确、灵敏度高，可同时测 定复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片中两组分的含量。 关键词 复方二氯醋酸二异丙胺片；葡萄糖酸钙；含量测定；高效液相色谱法 Simultaneous Determination of Two Components in Compound Diisopropylamine Dichloroacetate Tablets by HPLC 1，2 1 1 LIN Bai-yun ，YU Bang-liang ，YANG Liu （1.School of Pharmacy ，Hainan Medical College ，Haikou 571101， China ；2.Hainan Kaijian Pharmaceutical Co. ，Ltd. ，Haikou 510623，China ） ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE ：To establish a method for simultaneous determination of the contents of diisopropylamine dichloroace- tate and calcium gluconate in Compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate tablets. METHODS ：HPLC method was adopted. The de- termination was performed on Ultimate XB-C18 column with mobile phase consisted of phosphate buffer at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/ min. The detection wavelength was set at 205nm ，and column temperature was room temperature. Sample was prepared with water. RESULTS ：The linear range of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and calcium gluconate were 1.20-2.80 mg/ml （r ＝0.999 5）and 1.17-2.73mg/ml （r ＝0.999 6）；and the average recoveries were 100.2％ （RSD ＝0.36％）and 100.3％ （RSD ＝0.28％）. CONCLU- SIONS ：The method is convenient ，accurate and sensitive ，and it is suitable for the simultaneous determination of diisopropylamine dichloroacetate and calcium gluconate in Compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate tablets.
