15000吨驳船 15000DWT barge 绞 车 液 压 系 统 泵 站 Hydraulic system pump station of winch （DFYJ62-00SY） 试验大纲 Test program 编 制：叶祝林 Workout by: Ye ZhuLin 校 对：卜友华 Checked by: Bo YouHua 审 核: 鲁志群 Approval by: Lu ZhiQuan 泰 兴 东 方 船 舶 配 套 厂 TaiXing DongFang Ship Auxiliary Factory 液压泵站试验大纲 Test program of hydraulic pump station 一、概述general 1、本试验大纲用于工厂制造的液压泵站的出厂试验。 The test program is used the test before the hydraulic system leaving factory 2、本试验大纲参照RINA《钢质海船入级与建造规范》（2006）的有关要求编制。 The test program is compiled according to the relational requirement of Rules for classification of RINA. 3、设备的联调试验在船上按船上试验大纲要求进行。 The debugging and test of the equipment on board are according to the test program of shipyard. 二、试验前的准备工作 preparatory work before test 1、检查各泵组及泵组阀件安装的正确性。 Check the installation of the pump subassembly and all valves if correct; 2、检查各管路的安装正确性，电机运转方向的正确性。 Check the installation of all pipes if correct and the electromotor’s running direction if correct 3、检查各泵在运行前是否充满液压油。 Check the hydraulic oil in the pump if is full 4、试验前应具备下列资料和仪表; Prepare the following data and gauges before test. a.泵站总图，泵站阀组总图，各阀块管路的试验报告。 pump subassembly drawing 、valve subassembly and the test report of block insatalling valves b.泵站液压原理图，泵站使用说明书。 Pump station’s hydraulic schematic diagram, pump station’s operation instruction. c.电气原理图。 Schematic diagram of electric d.检测试验仪表Test gauges： The above gauge’s precision is no less than 1.5class and must have conformity certificate. 三、试验内容 test content 1、空载试验：在电机接线正确的情况下，开机空运转10分钟。 No-load test: if the wipe is connected correctly, run the machine for 10 minutes and then check: 检测内容：（1）电机绝缘检查 if the electromotor is insulating （2）电机空载电流 Electromotor’s current when no-load （3）泵输出流量检查方法：称重。 output flux of pump , method : weighing 将检查内容填于表一。 the results write in the table 1 2、运行试验 operation test： 将压力调至为5Mpa或10Mpa或15Mpa，直至系统额定压力下运行，每个压力级下运行5分钟；系统运行应正常，各密封部位和管路不应有漏油现象。 run the machine when the pressure is 5Mpa、10Mpa
