This occurred from the recent collapse of the building construction case, analyzing the construction collapse cause of the accident: one engineering survey factors; second factor is the engineering design; third is the construction of factors, primarily the construction quality, construction technology, material quality, construction mechanization, speed and timing of construction, construction management and other issues; Fourth, project supervision factor; Fifth, the construction unit factors; sixth, regulatory issues; seven are objective factors, to prevent the occurrence of collapse of the construction should be taken Main measures: First, all parties to implement the main building activities, including construction, survey, design, construction and supervision units in other buildings safe production responsibility; the second is to develop practical special construction program; third is to strengthen the monitoring and the construction process security checks.
