doi: 10.3969/j.issn.2095-1744.2016.01.018 处理镉废水的复合螯合-吸附剂摘 要:以聚乙烯亚胺、二硫化碳、氢氧化钠、尿素为原料合成改性复合螯合-吸附剂,采用XRD表征,探讨晶化时间和晶化温度、体系H值等因素对合成改性复合螯合-吸附剂的结晶度、晶化速度的影响。优化的参数为晶化时间为14 h、晶化温度为0 ℃、NaOH与聚乙烯亚胺摩尔比为1.51,CS2与聚乙烯亚胺摩尔比为1.6l,尿素与聚乙烯亚胺摩尔比为0.035~0.055合成的改性复合螯合-吸附剂具有良好的结晶度和晶化速度。改性复合螯合-吸附剂处理实际锌铟冶炼厂含镉废水取得预期的效果,经过一次处理,溶液中残留的镉浓度就已经远远低于国家排放标准.05 mg/L,不需要反复沉淀调pH值,就可以直接排放。合成;改性复合螯合-吸附剂;聚乙烯亚胺;XRD 中图分类号: 文献标志码:A 文章编号:2095-1744(201)01-0000-00 Synthesis of Composite Chelate-Adsorbent for Treatment of Wastewater Containing Cadmium TAO Yuan, DAI Wei-ming, WEI Zhen-zhou, LI Ting, LV Wei-fen (Guangxi Metallurgy Research Institute, Nanning 530023, China) Abstract: The modified composite chelate-adsorbent is synthesized with polyethylene, carbon sulfide, sodium hydroxide and urea as raw materials, and the products are characterized by XRD patterns. The effects of the parameters such as the crystallization time and the crystallization temperature, the system pH, on the crystallization rate and the crystallinity of the composite chelate-adsorbent are described. And the practical applying result is presented. The results show that the optimal synthesis parameters are crystallization time 14 h, crystallization temperature 180 ℃, molar ratio of NaOH to PEI 1.5, molar ratio of CS2 to PEI 1.6, molar ratio of urea to PEI 0.035~0.055. The modified composite chelate-adsorbent is of excellent crystallinity and crystallization velocity. The wastewater containing cadmium from the indium and zinc smelter factory is treated by the modified composite chelate-adsorbent, and the desired result is achieved. The treated water can be discharged directly without the repeatedly pH adjustment and the precipitation process, because the remaining cadmium concentration is much lower than 0.05 mg/L that the national discharge standard requirement.
