基于光纤系统的矿井流量参数测量研究

摘 要 流量测量的发展可追溯到古代,拥有悠久的历史;而光纤系统是以光为载波,利用光导纤维作为传输媒介,通过光电变换,用光来传输信息的系统光纤光栅传感器是一种能测量多种参数的传感器光纤系统设计、流量参数测量研究、整体装置系统设计 Abstract The development of flow measurement can be traced back to the ancient world, with a long history. While, optical fiber system based on optical carrier, is the most important strategic industry of the 21st century. Flow of industrial control and production is one of the important parameters. With the rapid development of modern industry, people on the flow measurement demand is higher and higher, prompting the flow measurement methods and gauge has been expanding rapidly. Differential pressure flow meter is the important class of flowmeter. The working principle of differential pressure flowmeter is according to the installation in pipe flow test pieces interact with fluid differential pressure, to calculate the flow meter, has a wide range of applications and development space. Optical fiber Bragg grating sensor is a kind of various parameters can measure the sensor, it has some features. Fiber Bragg grating sensors has become the research focus of the current sensor. In this paper,the orifice plate is used in the differential pressure flow measurement structure, the flow signal is transformed into differential signal. Using sensitive components and diaphragm elastic element design differential pressure sensor structure, combination of FBG Sensing Technology and differential pressure flow measurement, constitute a the fiber grating differential pressure flow sensor. The subject design includes optical system design, flow parameter measurement, the overall device system design.
