小型城市垃圾装运车(高位自卸)
摘 要
自卸汽车是利用本车发动机动力驱动液压举升机构,将其车厢倾斜一定角度卸货,并依靠车厢自重使其复位的专用汽车。
目前国内生产的自卸汽车其卸货方式为散装货物沿汽车大梁卸下,卸货高度都是固定的。若需要将货物卸到较高处或使货物堆积得较高些,目前的自卸汽车就难以满足要求。为此需设计一种高位自卸汽车,它能将车厢举升到一定高度后再倾斜车厢卸货。其创新之处在于,利用剪差机构和油缸的动力,将车厢举起并且向后略微一动,从而解决了将货物卸到较高处或是货物堆积的较高些的难题。
高位自卸车最近的技术发展趋势主要是应用技术在自卸车上的推广使用。在未来的发展中,对于高位自卸车等特种车辆对其安全性和稳定性以及舒适性更加看重。
本次毕业设计,我选择了高位自卸车举升机构设计,本次论文主要论述了专用汽车的发展,并对高位自卸汽车的类别使用范围以及相关发展前景和市场进行简单分析,对于在设计方面上,对举升机构和翻转机构后门联动机构和进行了设计和相关的计算说明,同时介绍了高位举升车的主要结构、工作原理,然后进行了相关零部件尺寸和液压传动系统等的设计计算。最后根据计算结果,利用三维制图软件完成高位自卸车的建模。

Abstract
Dump trucks is to use the default of engine power drive hydraulic mechanism,the car will tilt Angle must be unloading,and rely on the car of the dead weight reduction special car.
The current domestic production of dump truck for bulk good the unloading way along the car off beam,unloading height are fixed.If need to discharge the goods to a high or make up some goods higher,the current dump trucks will be difficult to meet the requirements.Therefore need to design a high dump trucks,and it can the car after lifting to tilt carriage unloading.The innovation of being cut by poor institutions and of oil cylinders motive force,car and lifted slightly move backwards,so as to solve the will discharge the goods to a high or goods of some problems of higher up.
High technology development trend of tipper recently is mainly applied technology in the promotion and application of tipper.In the future development,and special vehicles for high dump to its security and stability and comfort more value.
The graduation design,I choose the design of lifting mechanism of high dump,this paper mainly discusses the development prospects and the market for simple analysis,in the design of lifting mechanism and flip institutions some several scheme analysis and selected,and introduces the lifting of the car high main structure,working principle,and then the relevant parts and hydraulic transmission system such as
