PAGE 毕业设计(论文) 题目: 酒店知识型员工流失原因及对策分析 ——以佛山喜来登酒店为例 酒店知识型员工流失原因及对策分析 ——以佛山喜来登酒店为例 摘要 时间已经迈向二十一世纪的第二个十年,世界经济技术已逐步成熟,各行各业蓬勃发展,而之间的竞争也是越来越激烈。这时勇于创新,知识与技术兼备的知识型人才的重要作用慢慢突显,成为其互相争抢的宝贵资源。酒店业不是知识型人才集中的行业,所以显得这类员工更加可贵。知识型员工的加盟对酒店来说不仅是知识创新的加入,而且还能给酒店带来新气象,引领其往更好的方向发展。认识到酒店知识型员工的重要性,同时随着外国品牌酒店在国内的入驻,使得国内酒店对知识型员工是供大于求。即使是这样,但是国内对于这方面的研究也是刚起步,即使是五星级酒店在管理上也是存在着员工管理、薪酬设计等诸多方面的不足,造成知识型员工的频繁流失。在本文中,笔者将通过在佛山喜来登酒店的实习并运用自身所学知识来研究知识型员工流失的主要原因,并结合国外知识型员工方面的知识来提出留住知识型员工的解决方法和浅见。 关键词:酒店;知识型员工;解决方法 ANALYSIS OF THE REASON AND THE STRATEGY FOR THE LOSS OF HOTEL KNOWLEDGE-BASED STAFF ——TAKE FOSHAN XINZHONGYUAN HOTEL AS EXAMPLE Abstract Time has been towards the twenty-first century in the second decade, not only the world economy technology has gradually matured, but also industries become flourish, while the competition is more intense . Then be creative and knowledge of both knowledge and technology talents slowly highlight the important role, become as their valuable resources. Hotel industry is not the industry which concentrated on professionals knowledge, it appears that these employees are more valuable. Knowledge workers to join the hotel is not only the addition of knowledge innovation, but also bring a new atmosphere to the hotel, leading to a better direction of its development. Recognizing the importance of knowledge workers for the hotel, and with the foreign brands hotel settled in the country, making the domestic hotels are oversupply for knowledge workers. Even so, the research in this area is just starting in domestic, even five-star hotel is also short in the management of staff management, compensation design, and many other deficiencies, resulting in frequent loss of knowledge workers. In this article, I will study the main reason for the loss of knowledge workers, using the knowledge I learned and the training in Foshan Xinzhongyuan Hotel, and combine with foreign knowledge workers to propose some opinions on how to keep those knowledge workers.
