实训二 谈论包装方式 项目名称：谈论包装方式 实施目标：能够根据中文场景用英文设计关于谈论包装方式的对话。 项目任务：根据实训指导书内容，每组同学合作完成一项二十句以上的英文场景对话。 要求：内容完整，格式正确，语法通顺 场景：美国TomJerry 贸易公司的James第二天来到深圳金贝玩具公司，Lillian首先带他参观了公司的玩具展厅，然后双方来到会议室，就昨天在广交会上所谈论的产品----Talking Duck的合同条款展开磋商。双方就包装问题展开如下对话： James： Lillian，我们来谈谈包装问题好吗？ Lillian：好啊。你知道，我们对玩具的包装有特定的方式。至于这款新产品，我们采用透明盒子做内包装，这样便于橱窗展示，也有利于促销。 James：太好了，吸引人的包装肯定有利于增加销量。那么，外包装怎么样呢？ Lillian：外包装我们采用纸箱装，每件玩具单独用塑料袋包装，然后再用纸箱包装，20个一箱。 James：你说的是硬纸箱还是普通的纸箱呢？我们希望用硬纸箱，因为要经过长途海运，恐怕普通纸箱经不住刮擦和撞击。 Lillian：可以考虑贵方要求，但是费用可能要增加一点。 James：没问题。另外，箱子上请刷上指示性标志“小心轻放”和“保持干燥”。 Lillian：这点您放心，我们一般都会这么做的。还有什么要我们注意的吗？ James：没有了，谢谢。 任务要求：请学生根据上述场景设计一场商务对话，内容涵盖上述场景和对话内容。 sample （The next day, James came to SZ Jinbei Toy Co. Lillian: We use cantons for outer package, each toy be packed with a poly-bag and then 20 pcs in one carton. James: What you mean is cardboard carton or ordinary one? We prefer the former because it will go through long-distance ocean transportation (or long sea voyage), and I’m afraid the ordinary carton can’t bear scrachs and knocks. Lillian: Your request could be considered, but the expense should be added a little. James: No problem. Besides, please print some indicative marks, suck as “ handle with care” and “keep dry”, on the carton. Lillian: You could be rest assured at this point. This is our usual practice. Anything else
