In this paper, we find the relationship between the Using Social Networks and Employees’ Innovative Behavior, with using the theory of sociology and organizational behavior, using the method of questionnaire survey. We find that there is a significant positive relationship between Using Social Network and Employees’ Innovative Behavior by analyzing the survey results by using statistical software. And Knowledge Sharing is the mediating variable between Using Social Network and Employees’ Innovative Behavior. The social networks has changed the way of employees’ sharing knowledge and the styles of employees’ understanding and thinking about knowledge is changing else.
