上市公司过度投资行为研究 一、摘要 (1)关键词：上市公司 市场经济 过度投资行为 经济过热 制约机制 (2)中文摘要： 随着中国经济发展，上市公司数量增加，全球化的深入，国家经济政策的调整，信贷与融资机构的不断发展等等原因，中国上市公司企业在不断扩大规模过程中，也伴随着开始出现了过度投资的行为，而且随着企业规模的扩大，这种现象日益严重。而过度投资行为的发生，将直接导致资源浪费，环境破坏，经济发展速度减慢等不良后果，对经济，社会，环境等方方面面的发展都有很大的消极影响。我国正处于社会主义市场经济体制的初级不成熟阶段，应对市场上突如其来的各种困难与挑战，缺乏充足的经验和从容的应对措施。因此，我们必须对这一现象进行系统而又细致的研究，从源头入手，仔细分析产生过度投资的各种原因，针对每一个原因，并结合中西方在相关领域中已经探索出的相关经验及观点，探索出并建立起一套行之有效的制约机制，为企业发展和国家的经济增长保驾护航。本论文旨在探索上市公司过度投资行为的原因，背景，后果及应对策略。将通过市场调研，数据整合及分析的研究方法，结合中国经济发展现状及发展前景，探索出企业在未来可以走的投资道路。 (3)英文摘要 With the rapid development of Chinese economy, the number of companies is increasing. With the pace of globalization ,the adjustment of the policy,some of the companies even have overinvested,because the listed company are in a growing scale process,and credit agencies and bailout organizations are growing ,this phenomenon will become increasingly serious,and it will cause a lot of terrible results. For example, it will cause the waste of resources, does harm to the environment, and reduces the pace of economic development and so on. To sum up,it will negatively impact the economy,society and environment of China.Our country is in the first stage of the socialist market economy,and we do not have enough experience to face the challenge,so we must do something about this phenomenon in the system and meticulous studies.From the source to start,we should analyse the reasons of excessive investment carefully.Combining both Chinese and western views and explorations in related field,we will establish a set of effective mechanisms to restrain.The aim of this paper is to explore the reason,background,consequences and restraining measures of the over-investment of listed companies.And we will use some methods which is called market research and data analysis and combine the future of Chinese economic development,to help our enterprises invest safely. 二、目录 1.摘要···················································2 （1）关键词··························
