Go for it 八年级上 Unite 6 I’m More Outgoing Than My Sister Aims and requirements: Develop the students’ listening skills, teach them to grasp the key information during listening. Teaching contents:Go For It Book 2A Unit 6 I’m More Outgoing Than My Sister Teaching key points and difficulties: Learn to get key information while listening. Master the comparative degree of adjectives, such as: funnier, more athletic, taller and the like. Lesson type: Listening. Teaching methods: Audio-lingual Method and Communicative Approach. Teaching aids: a multi-media computer, a tape recorder and a slide. Teaching procedures: Step 1 Greeting and revision ( 4 minutes ) T: Good morning, boys and girl! I’m very gald to see you again. Now, who can tell me what we learnt yesterday? S1: T: Right, sit down, please. We learnt some expressions used to invite others to take part in your party and how to accept and refuse the invitation politely. And I also let you prepare a dialogue about this topic. Remember?
