摘要 果汁废水主要来自冲洗水果、粉碎、榨汁等工序，罐装工段的洗瓶、灭菌、破瓶损耗和地面冲洗等环节。废水中含有较高浓度的糖类、果胶、果渣及水溶物和纤维素、果酸、单宁、矿物盐等。果汁废水中含有的糖类主要为果糖、葡萄糖、蔗糖，三者所占的比例为2：1：1.废水中含有大量的有机酸，不同的生产工艺阶段，所产生的废水具有不同的特点，即使在同一阶段，废水水质也因产品不同而差异较大。本文介绍了有关UASB+SBR 的处理流程和设计的计算、调节池、UASB 池、SBR池、污泥浓缩池等进行了精细的设计和计算。并对主要构筑物UASB池、SBR池做了详细的说明。UASB+SBR 处理高浓度有机废水，其关键是培养出沉降性能良好的厌氧颗粒污泥。采用此工艺，不但使处理流程简洁，也节省了运行费用，在降低废水浓度的同时，还可以回收在处理过程中所产沼气作为能源的利用。以便我为进一步探讨效益资源型处理技术提供借鉴。 关键字 ： 高浓度废水 废水处理 UASB SBR 沼气回收 Juice wastewater comes from the processes of washing , smashing ,squeezing the fruits and washing bottles ,sterilization,bottle breaking loss,cleaning the ground in the section of filling up and so on.Wastewater contains high concentration of sugars, pectin, marc , water-soluble material and cellulose, acid, tannin, mineral salts, etc.The main carbohydrate in juice wastewater are fructose, glucose, sucrose, the proportion of the three is 2:1:1 there are lots of organic acids in wastewater and the waterwater has their characteristics in different section of producing.even if in the same section,water quality would have significant differences because of different products . this article introduces the course and design planning of using UASB, collaborating with SBR.and it gives a detailed description of the main structures ,the UASB pool and SBR pool.Using this method to process organic wastewater with a high concentration,the critical is to bring up anaerobic granular sludge with good settlement performance.adopting this method ,not only can we make the course more simple ,but also save costs. while ruducing the concentration ,we can recycle the gas to be energe in the course .so it can offer references for me to make futher disscussion on the effectiveness of resource-based processing technology 第一章 概述 一．果汁废水特点 1、果汁废水构成 企业废水组成较为复杂，一般都有十多种废水需要处理，他们是：洗果排放水、设备清洗废水、消毒清洗废水、果汁冷凝水、设备冷却水、空调冷却水、设备外部清洗水、地面清洗水及其他排放废水。 2、主要废水水质描述 ⑴、生产废水总排放池出口水质浓度，随企业的设备、工艺、管理的差异排水水质有较大波动。 (2)、生产设备清洗废水：清洗废水周期性集中排水，对污水处理设施有较大冲击，一般需将清洗设备的高浓度酸碱水、消毒水等先做预处理（中和），然后再排入污水处理系统。 ⑶
