There were about 60 security incidents reported throughout the country Sunday, the official said. These included fatal mortar and rocket attacks in various Baghdad neighborhoods. A number of special measures were put in place for security reasons. Since Monday, there has been a ban on motorcycles and bicycles in Baghdad until further notice, and on Sunday a two-day ban on any vehicles in cities went into effect.
