It is consist of two parts, profit mode and entry mode. In accord with the characteristic of Chinese style restaurant chain, this thesis paper uses comparative research method, qualitative analysis method in company with quantity analysis method, and theoretic method in company with positivism method. This paper determines the definition of the management and operation mode for full service Chinese style restaurant chain. And comprehensively clarifies the nature of “chain” from the economics angle of view This paper designs a profit mode for full service Chinese style restaurant chain. Analyzes the capital invest of a full service Chinese style restaurant chain. Designs a value chain for it. Analyzes its profit pool and its profit point in the profit pool. The Five kind of capitals accordingly to invest in profit points “ mode is proposed to full service Chinese style restaurant chain for profit mode transferring from single to multiple. This paper designs an entry mode for full service Chinese style restaurant chain. This mode determines from three aspects，cross-cultural mode’ cross-district mode, chain mode’ each aspect is determined by a series of entry modes. This paper analyzes the support system of the mode. Some advice are given in human resource assembles standard managements logistic、dish creation, and so on. Also, analyzes the Quanjude Group as a positivism case.
