本 科 毕 业 论 文 科技型企业风险投资探讨 ——以阿里巴巴为例 Discussed on the Risk of Science and Technology Enterprise Investment ——for Example with Alibaba 学 院： 商学院 专业班级： 财务管理 D财务071 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 2011年 6月 毕业论文中文摘要 科技型企业风险投资探讨 ——以阿里巴巴为例 摘 要：现代科技型企业具有技术密集性高、投资大、风险高、回报高的特点，传统的金融体系很难直接支持科技型企业的发展，风险投资业的出现和风险资本市场的建立，可以拓宽科技型企业发展的资金来源，成为科技型企业发展的重要资金依托。风险投资有利于科技型企业的发展，为科技型企业提供有效的融资途径，提高科技型企业管理水平，促进科技型企业的技术创新和产业结构升级。 本文首先通过风险投资的内涵及特点阐述了风险投资的基本原理，介绍了风险投资项目的评价模型，分析目前我国风险投资发展的现状及存在的问题，并以阿里巴巴为例对科技型企业的应用风险投资进行研究分析，最后，在完善法律法规，完善政策环境、市场环境以及建立风险投资支撑体系等发面提出发展我国风险投资的对策。 关键词：风险投资；科技型企业；对策 毕业论文外文摘要 Discussed on the Risk of Science and Technology Enterprise Investment 棗vfor Example with Alibaba Abstract: Modern science and technology enterprises with high technology intensive, high investment, high risks and high returns,and the traditional financial system is difficult to directly support the development of science and technology enterprises, Venture capital industry and the emergence and establishment of venture capital markets can broaden sources of funding the development of scientific and technological enterprises, science and technology enterprise development as an important financial support.Venture capital is conducive to the development of science and technology enterprises, in order to provide effective financing scientific and technological means to improve the management level of scientific and technological enterprises, promote technological innovation and scientific and technological enterprises to upgrade industrial structure.
