PAGE 南京导游服务公司现状及发展对策研究 旅游管理专业学生 霍庆芬 指导教师 尹燕 摘要：随着我国旅游市场需求日益增长，导游队伍迅速扩大，社会导游成为导游大军的主体，导游服务公司的出现正是旅游业发展的必然结果。作为导游与旅行社的中间桥梁，它在一定程度上解决了社会导游管理问题，增强了社会导游归属感，为旅行社聘用导游提供了便利，在净化旅游市场上也发挥了较为积极的作用，但其产生时间不长，市场化运作还存在一些问题,其发展道路也有待进一步探索。本文介绍了导游服务公司的发展背景，并具体对南京市导游服务公司发展现状进行了分析，提出其存在的问题，并根据导游服务公司应有的职能结合南京市旅游业发展的实际提出了南京导游服务公司的未来发展对策,以期对南京导游服务公司的发展产生一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：导游服务公司；现状；职能；发展对策 A Study on The Current Situation and Development Strategies of Guide Services Companies in Nanjing Student majoring in Tourism Management Huo Qingfen Tutor Yin Yan Abstract：Grows day by day along with our country tourist market demand, tour guides team expand rapidly, the social tour guides become the tour guide armys main body, the tour guide service companys appearance is precisely the inevitable result of tourism development.
