PAGE 编号：1129130125 本 科 毕 业 论 文 导游服务的现状及对策 系 （院）： 经济管理系 姓 名： 张 飞 学 号： 0729130125 专 业： 旅游管理 年 级： 2007 指导教师： 付 昆 职 称： 副教授 完成日期： 2011年5月16日 摘 要 导游人员的服务质量直接影响着游客的消费行为，决定着整个旅游活动的质量，不仅关系到旅行社的生存与发展，也影响着国家或地区的旅游形象。目前导游资格考试社会化，导游员的人数每年递增，导游人员由紧缺转为过剩、白热化激烈竞争。然而目前的导游服务水平却不能令收入水平不同不同消费层次的游客满意。如何处理各种收入水平下游客对导游服务的要求问题已经迫在眉睫。 笔者通过对导游服务水平现状的研究分析，提出更加符合实际应用效果的导游服务理念，以便于服务于日益增加的不同的消费层次的旅游群体，维护游客及导游人员的合法权益，提高人民的旅游优越感和幸福感，提高地区和国家的旅游形象和品位。 关键词：导游服务；经济收入水平；旅游消费；导游类型 Abstract Guides service quality directly influences the tourists, determines the consumer behavior of tourist activities, not only relate to travel the survival and the development, also affects the country and regions tourism image. At present, guide qualification examination of the number of socialization, tour guides each year by increasing, guides personnel to excess white-hot shortage of competition. However the current tour guide service level has cannot make income level different different consumption levels of tourist satisfaction. How to deal with various income levels to guide services under the tourists is imminent requirement. Through the research of the current situation about the guide service level analysis, puts forward more in line with the actual application effect tour guide service concept, service in increasing different consumption levels of tourism group and maintain tourists and the legitimate rights and interests of the guides personnel to improve peoples tourism superiority and happiness, enhance regional and national tourism image and taste.
