BSC在J物流公司绩效评价指标体系设计中的应用毕业论文 BSC在J物流公司绩效评价指标体系设计中的应用 摘 要 随着市场竞争的加剧和全球经济一体化的发展,作为“第三利润源泉”的物流业得到了迅速的发展。能否建立一个科学全面的绩效评价体系越来越成为影响物流企业成败的重要因素。宁波九龙物流公司是一家经营国内公路货运为主,航空、公路联营的综合性中型物流公司,随着公司的不断发展,其传统的绩效评价指标体系亟需改进。平衡计分卡方法作为一种多维度平衡评价的新型绩效评价方法,将公司战略目标与公司业绩驱动因素相结合,成为了可以解决以上问题的一个有效手段。 本文以宁波九龙物流公司作为研究对象,针对公司的绩效评价指标体系现状,采用文献研究法、调查研究法和定性定量分析法等研究方法,从研究绩效评价和平衡计分卡的相关理论入手,分析制定公司战略,设计基于平衡计分卡的绩效评价指标体系。此体系把公司的战略目标和员工的工作行为有机的结合起来,增强公司的核心竞争力,为促进公司的长远发展起到积极的作用,同时也希望能对其它物流公司的绩效评价给予一定的启迪和借鉴。 关键词:绩效评价;平衡计分卡;指标体系;物流公司 Abstract With the acceleration of competition and International economic integration, logistics industry as ‘the third profitable headspring’ has developed rapidly. It becomes an important factor that whether an enterprise could establish a scientific and comprehensive system on performance evaluation.Ningbo Jiulong logistics co., Ltd is an operation of domestic road transportation, aviation and highway comprehensive medium-sized logistics enterprise joint venture. Following its unceasing development, its traditional performance evaluation indicators system needs more improvement urgently. As a multi-dimensional balanced appraisal method, and a method that combines the enterprise strategic target and the enterprise achievement actuation factor, the Balanced Score Card method becomes a possible solution to the above mentioned problems. With a full awareness of present Ningbo Jiulong logistics co., Ltd’s operation state and the problems in performance evaluation indicators system, this article uses the research techniques of literature methodology, investigation methodology and qualitative quota analytic method, makes a comprehensive elaboration on the basic content and its theoretic frame of BSC from the study of performance evaluation and BSC, and analysis of enterprise strategy, finally this thesis constructs initially the Jiulong group performance evaluation index system based on the BSC thought.
