280 2009, Vol. 30, No. 11 食品科学 ※专题论述 SCI收录我国食品科技类文献的 文献计量学分析 1,2 1 2 黄卓泳 ，欧仕益 ，贺 莲 (1.暨南大学食品科学与工程系，广东 广州 510632 ；2.广东省医学情报研究所，广东 广州 510180) 摘 要：本文通过分析我国食品科技类文献被科学引文索引(SCI) 的收录情况，从文献的发表时间、发表期刊、作 者、单位、主题词分类、被引用情况等进行统计分析，了解目前我国食品科技研究的发展现状。结果表明，2000 － 2007 年间我国食品科技领域被 SCI 收录的论文共计2735 篇，在检索的 90 多种期刊中，排名前 10 的食品科技类期 刊共收录了 1571 篇论文，占总数的 50% 以上，说明论文质量总体较高。论文发表主体集中在大学，主要方向为 食品化学和农业科学。 关键词：食品科技；科学引文索引；文献计量学 Bibliometric Analysis of SCI-embodied Literatures on Food Science and Technology in China 1,2 1 2 HUANG Zhuo-yong ，OU Shi-yi ，HE Lian (1. Guangdong Institute of Medical Informantion, Guangzhou 510180, China) Abstract ：Through the statistical analysis of publication time, source, author, address, subject and citation of Science Citation Index (SCI)-embodied literatures, the developing actuality of food science and technology in China was discussed. Results showed that total 2735 literatures on food science and technology in China were embodied by SCI during 2000—2007. Among them 1571 literatures, which occupied more than 50%, were published on the top 10 journals in nearly 100 searched ones, indicating that these published articles were at a high level as a whole. Moreover, these published literatures were mainly from the universities and the research fields focused on food chemistry and agricultural sciences.
