　 论文范文 　 　 题目：CT冠脉成像对心肌桥的诊断及其意义 　 编辑： HYPERLINK /wangguiqing1987 司马小 　 　 【摘要】 目的：评价64排CT冠脉成像(CTA)对心肌桥的诊断及其意义。方法：选择100例有冠心病症状或是心脏体检的患者，为其做64排CTA，从中选择出有心肌桥表现的病例，然后对其进行分析总结，并对临床有冠心病症状患者做冠脉造影来对比观察。结果：100例病例中CTA发现心肌桥18例，而冠脉造影只发现2例。结论：本组病例中CTA对心肌桥的检出率为18%，冠脉造影检出率为2.5%，所以CTA对心肌桥的检出率明显高于冠脉造影。64排CT冠脉成像可以清晰而且直观地显示冠状动脉及其细小分支，并精确显示血管的走行情况、管壁的粥样斑块及钙化、血管的狭窄程度等，与目前诊断冠脉的金标准冠脉造影相比，本检查方法不但对心肌桥的检出率明显高于前者，而且为无创性检查、费用低廉，所以64排CT冠脉成像还可以作为体检手段或为冠脉造影做筛查。 【关键词】 64排CT；冠脉成像；碘帕醇；心肌桥；无创性 Abstract Objective: To appraise the significance of Brilliance CT 64 coronary artery image formation(CTA) in the diagnosis of the coronary myocardial bridge. Methods: 100 patients with coronary disease symptoms or in need of heart physical examination were choosen to have CT64 CTA and coronary arteriography, respectively, for detecting those subject to coronary myocardial. A comprehensive analysis was conducted of the results of both CTA and coronary arteriography, and a comparison was also made in the detectable rate between the two means. Results: 18 cases of coronary myocardial bridge were detected from 100 cases of coronary disease symptoms through CTA(18%),while only 2 cases of coronary myocardial bridge were detected through coronary arteriography(2%). Conclusion: CTAs detectable rate of coronary myocardial bridge(18%) was remarkably higher than that of coronary arteriography(2%) for the reason that Brilliance CT 64 CTA can distinctly and directly display the coronary artery and its tiny branches and exactly show the run of blood vessles, atheromatous plaque and calcification of the vessel wall, and the degree of angiostenosis of the blood vessel .Compared with current gold standard coronary arteriography prevailing in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease, CTA is not only more effective in detecting coronary myocardial bridge but also a kind of non-invasive examination, with a low cost.
