ZDY1600型煤矿用全液压坑道钻机的研制毕业设计_精品

摘 要 由于煤矿井下坑道空间狭小,所以在井下进行钻探地质勘探孔、瓦斯抽放孔、探放水孔等作业时,普通的钻机由于体积大而不便于在坑道中进行作业。ZDY1600型钻机就是针对上述问题而研制一种钻探设备,该钻机借鉴了模块化的设计方法,整个钻机分为泵站、机身、操作台三大模块,中间用油管相连。机身采用槽钢底座,液压马达通过二级齿轮减速后带动平轴转动以实现钻进,液压油缸体固定在底座上,活塞杆通过托板与钻进变速箱体相连接实现进给和起拔。泵站主要由油箱、阀以及泵和电机组成。整个液压系统通过多路换向阀的动作来实现联合供油,实现了工进和快速进、退等,从而提高了钻机的整体效率。同时,本设计还对减速箱内齿轮、轴、键等重要零件进行了强度校核,并对液压系统温升进行了验算,结果表明该钻机能满足井下钻进扭矩1600Nm的设计要求。该钻机体积小、重量轻、解体性好,能够实现无级变速,从而增强了钻机对不同地质岩层的适应性。 关键词 液压 钻机 坑道 无级变速 结构设计 Abstract Because of the mine tunnel narrow space, underground geological exploration drilling holes, gas drainage hole, Hole supposed to explore other operations, general rigs as bulky and not easy in the trenches for operations. ZDY type Drilling machine is to address the problem and the development of a drilling equipment, The rig from the modular design method, the whole rig is pumping station, the fuselage two modules, and with tubing connected. Pumping station from the main fuel tank, valves and pumps and electrical components. The entire hydraulic system through multiple valve action to achieve joint oil supply, implementation of the Progressive and the rapid advancement or retreat, so as to raise the overall efficiency of the drilling rigs. Meanwhile, the design also deceleration gear boxes, axles and other vital parts of strength check, hydraulic system temperature as well as the calculation results show that the rig can meet work underground drilling 1600 Nm of torque design requirements. The rig small size, light weight, disintegration, and to achieve CVT. Thus increasing the rig to different geological strata adaptability.
