According to statistics incompletely, the total of the municipal wastewater in our country is above 50,000,000,000 m3 in 2005. Be showed from this, pollute for the sake of the control, environmental protection, need urgently to resolve the problem about moderation and the development of the municipal wastewater and environmental protection. According to the characteristics that the municipal wastewater produce and the sex form of the creation waste water, take into the system that the liquid waste processing and wastewater to put together to be an integrity with the knot consideration, more reasonable, make liquid waste processing can adapt the requestment of the the environmental protection, producement and the development.
