直接混合法制备均聚酰亚胺/蒙脱土复合薄膜 摘要 聚酸亚胺(简称PI)是一类以酰亚胺环为特征结构的高聚物,具有优异的耐热性、耐磨性、耐辐射性、耐化学性,良好的电绝缘性、韧性和柔软性,同时还具有很好的气体渗透性。PI最大的缺点是难溶难熔,成型加工性差,阻碍了这一高性能材料的应用,所以聚酰亚胺与无机材料的填充改性受到了人们的关注。针对PI复合薄膜难溶难熔这一问题,本文采用直接混合法制备均聚聚酰亚胺(PI)/蒙脱土(MMT)复合薄膜,然后将制得的复合薄膜,进行一些性能测试。通过偏光照片观察复合薄膜的聚集态结构,红外看其酰亚胺化程度,通过测量热失重看其溶剂挥发速率,同时还进行了一些力学性能和吸水性能的测试。同时本文也考察了添加不同量和不同种类的蒙脱土对复合薄膜性能的影响。得出蒙脱土层间距越大,复合薄膜的性能越好,蒙脱土的最佳添加量为3wt%。 关键词:聚酰亚胺,酰亚胺化程度,蒙脱土,聚集态结构,结晶 Direct hybrid of homopolymerization polymides- Montmorillonite composite films Abstract Polymides (abbreviated PI) is a kind of imide ring in the structure of the polymer is characterized by a very good heat resistance, wear resistance, radiation resistance, chemical resistance, good electric insulation, toughness and flexibility, but also have high gas permeability, but the biggest drawback is that PI insoluble refractory, poor processing, thereby preventing the application of high-performance materials. Therefore, polyimide filled with inorganic materials modified by the attention. PI composite films for refractory insoluble this problem, in this article were prepared by direct mixing homopolymerization polymides (PI) / montmorillonite (MMT) composite film, and then the composite films were prepared to carry out some performance tests. This article also investigated at the same time add a different amount and different types of montmorillonite on properties of composite films. MMT layer spacing obtained the greater the better the performance of composite film, its adding montmorillonite best 3wt%.
