15 Iterative innovation of subject services-An innovative
concept of subject service under open access environment

Abstract: In the subject service, we innovatively integrate into the iterative thinking of sustainable
20 development, and clarify the iterative process of subject librarian, subject service, the pre stage of
embedded subject service, embedded subject service，constantly find new problems from the existing
development, find out the most fit service mode, to close to the user demand and achieve the mission of
library. we further explore the next iteration of subject service under open access environment,
establish a collaborative service mode, build academic commons, pay attention to the subjectivity of
25 user participation, and support user side innovation.
