Unless particularly specified, the rental quoted is the first floor 60% asking rental by net area of department stores and shopping malls. The retail floor area efficiency rate in Shanghai is not the same throughout the city, but is approximately 60%. Economic overview In 2006, Shanghais total retail sales of consumer goods 200613% increased by 13% YoY, the highest growth since 1998.
