青海铝厂阳极组装工艺PLC控制系统设计说明书
摘 要
随着自动化生产程度的提高, PLC 在生产控制系统中的应用也越来越广泛。本设计基于西门子公司S7-300可编程控制器,设计了青海铝厂阳极组装工艺PLC控制的自动控制系统。该工艺过程主要是对托盘小车的控制和轨道电机的控制,本设计取材于青海铝厂阳极组装工程实例,该工艺是集机、电、液、气于一体的大型自动化的工艺设备。系统主要由油泵电机、油加热器、液压站、皮带运输机、小车移动电机和控制系统组成。通过对控制系统主电路、控制电路设计和参数计算,给出了控制系统完整的控制电气原理图和流程图。根据阳极组装的生产工艺的要求,设计并使用STEP 7编制了一套适用于该组装工艺的PLC 控制软件。本设计过程中涉及较多的开关量输入输出点,故选用配置灵活的模块式结构PLC以提高系统的可靠性与处理效率。

Abstract
With the improvement of automatic production, the PLC application in production control system is also more and more broad. This design based on the Siemens S7-300 programmable controller, has designed the Qinghai aluminum manufacturer anode assembly technology PLC control automatic control system. This technological process is mainly to the tray cars control and the orbital electrical machinerys control, this design selects material from the Qinghai aluminum manufacturer anode assembly project example, this technological is the collection machine, the electricity, the fluid, the gas in a bodys large-scale automation process unit. The system is mainly composed by the oil pump electrical machinery, the oil heater, the hydraulic pressure station, the belt conveyer, the car moves the electrical machinery and the control system is composed. Through to the control system main circuit, the control circuit design and the parameter computation, has given the control system complete control electricity schematic diagram and the flow chart. According to the anode assemblys technique of productions request, designed and uses STEP 7 to establish a set to be suitable for this assembly technology PLC control software. This design involves more switches quantity input output spot, the simulation quantity input output spot, therefore selects input output disposition nimble module type structure PLC to enhance the system the reliability and the processing efficiency.
