摘? ? 要随着社会经济的发展，建筑施工企业面临着激烈的市场竞争，而作为自由微利行业的建筑施工企业更是如此。近几年，建筑企业发展迅速。随即今年金融风暴的影响，建筑行业受到影响更加大，企业能否在市场竞争中立于不败之地，因此，建筑市场的竞争在一定程度上就是成本竞争。施工企业想在建筑行业上生存。关键在于企业能否为社会提供质量高、工期短、造价低的建筑产品，创造出满意的经济效益，并使其最大化，同时也为赢得更广阔的市场提供有利的条件和前提，为此在建筑工程施工项目的成本控制成为施工项目成本控制的方法研究。因此，施工项目的成本控制的方法在施工企业中显示尤为重要，对施工项目成本控制的方法进行研究具有重要意义。本文以建筑工程施工项目成本控制方法为研究对象,以有效实施施工企业成本控制为目标，通过对先进项目成本控制理论的介绍，讨论和研究了项目成本控制的分析方法、以计划成本为中心的集成WBS、OBS、CBS的成本控制方法。并且对建筑工程项目的组织架构进行了再设计，根据施工项目的特点设计了各岗位的责任，以增强企业的经济效益。关键词：施工项目；成本控制；WBS、OBS、CBS集成；施工定额ABSTRACTWith the socio-economic development, building construction enterprises are faced with intense market competition, and as a free low-profit sectors, especially construction enterprises.
