600MW超临界锅炉给水控制系统分析 摘 要 随着我国电力市场的实际情况和国民经济发展的需要,电站项目朝着高参数、大容量的方向发展已成为大势所趋,近年来超临界发电机组在国内得到迅速发展和应用。 超临界直流炉的给水控制技术是目前国内热控领域一个重要的研究课题。本文介绍了直流超临界机组的锅炉给水控制系统结构、控制特点,分析了在不同调节特性下的超临界直流锅炉给水控制系统的基本原理。 根据超临界直流炉给水控制系统的特点,分析了目前国内已经投产和将要投产的超临界机组给水自动控制系统常用的基于中间点温度校正和基于中间点焓值校正控制的优缺点;结合某电厂一期600MW超临界机组锅炉给水控制系统的设计,对采用中间点焓值校正的给水控制系统、焓值测量方法、焓值定值的产生及部分技术措施进行了分析。 关键词:超临界直流炉;给水控制系统;燃水比;中间点温度;中间点焓 ANALYSIS OF 600MW SUPERCRITICAL BOILER FEEDWATER CONTROL SYSTEM Abstract It becomes a trend that the power station projects go forward to high parameter and large capacity in consideration of china’s actual situation and the demand of the national economic development. In the past years the super-critical unit were applied and developed quickly. The feedwater control of super critical once through boiler is an important study subject in thermal field at present.Presents the operating principle under different seffings, the construction and characteristics of the water supply control system for the once-through boilers of supercritical generoctor set. According to the characteristics of the feedwater control system of the supercritical once-through boiler, the paper analyzes the two types of feedwater control systems: one is based on the intermediate point’s enthalpy adjust and the other one is based on the intermediate point’s temperature adjust, which are commonly used in the supercritical and ultra-supercritical power unit. And it compares the advantages and disadvantages between them. Regarding the design of the feedwater control system of the 2×600MW supercritical power unit, methods of enthalpy measured, production of definite valve of enthalpy, and some technical measures are introduced and analyzed, and these can provide a reference for design and operation of the feed water control system.
