本科毕业设计（论文） 题目：某框架结构住宅楼结构设计—第2轴 学 院 土木与交通学院 专 业 土木工程 学生姓名 学生学号 指导教师 提交日期 2013 年 6 月 3 日 摘要 在钢筋混凝土建筑中，框架结构是一种常用的结构形式，目前已被广泛地应用于各类多层的工业与民用建筑中。本设计工程是建于广州市的一栋9层住宅楼，经过对该工程设计资料的分析，该建筑采用框架结构较为经济合理。 本设计主要是对结构的横向第2轴框架进行设计。在确定结构的平面布置及构件选取后进行层间荷载标准值的计算，求出楼板次梁内力计算配筋。接着求出横向水平荷载作用下的框架内力，再用分层法计算竖向恒载和活载作用下的内力，进行内力组合确定结构的最不利内力，然后进行框架梁、框架柱截面的配筋计算。上部结构设计完成后选定基础方案并进行基础设计。最后完成施工图的绘制。 土木工程专业房屋建筑方向毕业设计的教学过程，是实现本科培养目标要求的重要实践教学环节，是学生在毕业前的最后学习和综合训练阶段。通过这次毕业设计，我初步的熟悉一个设计项目的全过程，将我们大学期间所学的建筑和结构专业知识综合地运用于实际工程设计中，这是我们走出大学前必不可少的一次实践，为以后走上工作岗位打下坚实的基础。 关键词：框架结构；D值法；分层法；配筋 Abstract In reinforced concrete buildings, frame structure is a common structure,which has been widely used in various layers of industrial and civil buildings now. This design project is a nine-story residential building which is built in Guangzhou, after analysis of the engineering design information, The building with frame structure is more econom- ical and reasonable. The design is mainly focus on the structural framework of the second axis transverse. We calculate load standard value interlayer after determining the layout of the structure and components of the interlayer, obtained secondary beam slab reinforcement force calculation. Transverse horizontal loads calculated internal forces of the frame,then count the internal forces of vertical dead load and live load with stratification, conduct combined forces to determine the most unfavorable force of the structure,next count the reinforcement of frame beam and column. Select based program after superstructure design to designing foundation.Finally,drawn working drawing.
