Abstract
Objective To provide suggestions for the further development of China online pharmacies. Methods Empirical study was conducted,
that is, as consumers, the authors experienced personally the service of twelve online pharmacies that were approved by SFDA;
meanwhile relevant literature was consulted to analyze the management and business status of China online pharmacies. Results
and Conclusion China online pharmacies should provide more related pharmaceutical knowledge through their web pages so that
consumers can be well informed, which will not only increase the interactions between online pharmacy and the consumers, but also
disseminate related knowledge on pharmacy.
