It will explain what is organizational structure and the most appropriate organizational structure. At the same time, it will show the firm’s organizational structure at present, and make a new organizational structure that adapt to the firm. Next, the report introduces the help of task, technology and size for organizational structure. The last, the report explain task, technology, authority and responsibility and some relationships within the organization. 2. Findings 2.1 What is organizational structure? Organizational Structure is, for how to divide, coordinate the tasks and divide into groups. Organizational structure is a model that makes clear the order, spatial location, status, the way of contact, the interrelationships between the various elements of the organizations, and it is whole management system framework.
