年产3000吨三氯化磷生产工艺设计 摘 要 本文重点对三氯化磷进行了介绍,并将它的反应原理,生产工艺和方法进行了比较。为三氯化磷生产建设提供了一个有学术意义又现实可用的依据,在工艺流程中结合了多方面工艺的优点,算是给出一个理论水水平和技术水平都达到领先的设计结果。此设计中含有生产的具体工艺流程,并对各个设备进行了简单设计,对主要设备反应釜的各个部件进行了计算和设计,将此反应过程中物料和能量进行了衡算。反应釜设备设计的内容和步骤,塔设备的强度和稳定性计算。用Auto CAD将化工工艺流程设计和设备设计,并对反应釜和厂区设备布置图进行了绘制。 三氯化磷是重要的化工原料,能在有机磷农药生产中发挥很大的潜力,目前使用的工艺方法是逐渐得到的改进的,从三种老工艺方法中脱颖而出的三氯化磷底液法,此法无论在理论上还是技术上都能满足市场的需求,而且生产工艺比较简单,这也给三氯化磷在以后的工业发展中得到更好的利用做了铺垫。 关键字:三氯化磷;合成;氯化物;工艺设计 With an annual output of 3000 tons of phosphorus trichloride production process ABSTRACT This paper mainly introduces the phosphorus trichloride, and its reaction principle, production technology and methods are compared. Offers a realistic and available foundation full of academic meaning for the production and construction of phosphorus trichloride. This design contains a specific production process, and a simple design of each device, various components of the major equipment reactor were calculated and designed. Both the material and energy balance of this reaction process were calculated. The contents and steps of the reactor equipment design, the strength and stability calculations of the equipment. The chemical process and equipment were designed with Auto-CAD, and the reactor and plant equipment layout were drawn in the paper. Phosphorus trichloride is an important chemical raw material, it can play a great potential in the organophosphorus pesticides production, the process using now has been improved gradually, from one of three old process, the winners is the method that using phosphorus trichloride base solution, this method can meet the needs of the market both in theory and technology, and the production process is relatively simple, it also do the groundwork for better using in the industrial development of phosphorus trichloride in the future.
